YouTube yesterday announced it is expanding the availability of 30-second non-skippable video ads to all countries through Instant Reserve, in DV360.

30-second non-skippable video ads to become available only via YouTube Select lineups, a collection of the platform's top-performing channels and videos.

YouTube Select lineups are curated collections of top-performing channels on YouTube, offering advertisers a streamlined way to reach engaged audiences across various content categories. These lineups represent the top 5% of popular channels in each vertical.

Instant Reserve in Display & Video 360 (DV360) is a self-service tool that allows advertisers to reserve YouTube inventory directly, without the need to negotiate with a sales representative. This process enables advertisers to quickly and easily book campaigns, ensuring that they reach their target audience at a fixed CPM.

Google says the new 30-second non-skippable video ads format allows richer storytelling and makes it easier to use your existing video assets with YouTube’s most-streamed content.

Booking through Instant Reserve also enables advertisers to target Custom Affinity, Detailed Demographics, life events, and in-market audiences.

According to Google, YouTube 30 seconds non-skippable will be available in DV360 over the next few weeks.
