ChurnZero now available in Zoho Marketplace
ChurnZero this week announced that is now available in the Zoho Marketplace for Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk. The integration will let advertisers to do more with the Customer Success operations by pulling in Zoho objects directly into the ChurnZero platform.
The Zoho Marketplace is an online store where users can find and install extensions that enhance the core functionality of their Zoho products. ChurnZero is a real-time Customer Success solution that helps subscription business fight customer churn.
According to ChurnZero, with the integration advertisers can map together data from the Zoho CRM with data from other sources – such as usage data from the products. The integration supports the sync of the Zoho CRM data including; accounts, contacts, tasks, deals and user accounts.
