Google last month stopped the Linear TV buying in DV360. According to Google DV360’s Linear TV buying capability (Programmatic TV) has been deprecated and campaigns will not serve beyond December 31, 2021.
Google launched the Linear TV buying capability (Programmatic TV) in DV360, back in 2018. Google’s idea is that advertisers would use DV360 to consolidate TV buying.
Linear TV buying was available for U.S. network affiliates, accessible through an integration with WideOrbit.
Connected TV buying remains available via DV360.
