Google this month opened the Shopping Ads to have N95 masks listings, and this also includes free listings via Google Merchant Center.
As of December 21, 2022, approved merchants can list or advertise N95 masks directly to customers on shopping ads and free listings. Advertisers can apply for N95 mask offer approval via Project N95.
Once the N95 mask offers are approved, approved merchants can list these offers in Merchant Center themselves.
Google clarifies that N95-adjacent listings (KN95, FFP2, and KF94) mask offers remain unaffected. N95 adjacent mask offers still require approval via LegitScript.
