Non-skippable YouTube video ads now available on DV360

Google this week has expanded the access to non-skippable YouTube video ads launching to Display & Video 360. Non-skippable YouTube video ads were launched in Google Ads last month. A non-skippable YouTube video ad must be 15 seconds or less, and viewers don’t have the option to skip the ad.

According to Google, 15-second non-skippable ads have been a YouTube format since the platform’s earliest days, but the format was only available to advertisers via YouTube reservation, the way advertisers tapped into offerings like Google Preferred.

Now, non-skippable ads are available to all advertisers running open auction campaigns in Google Ads or in DV360.
