Target ROAS bidding available to Video action campaigns and Discovery ads

Google last month announced that Target ROAS bidding has become available for advertisers using Video action campaigns.

Google says Target ROAS bidding will become available to advertisers using Discovery ads in the coming months. Discovery ads are native ads that run in YouTube, Gmail and Discover.

In discovery campaigns, advertisers need at least 75 conversions in the past 30 days. For app campaigns, Google requires 300 conversions in 30 days.

Target ROAS bidding enables advertisers to target return on ad spend (ROAS).

In June, Google expanded the inventory for TrueView for Action campaigns. Last year, Google introduced engaged-view conversions as the standard way of measuring conversions for TrueView skippable in-stream ads, local campaigns, and app campaigns.
