Teads last week filed for an IPO in NASDAQ, with the symbol “TEAD. Teads says the number of shares of Class A common stock to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined.
Last year, Teads reached $540 million in revenue, working with 3100 different publishers.
Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan are acting as lead bookrunners for the offering. BNP PARIBAS and Citigroup are acting as additional bookrunners for the offering. JMP Securities, Raymond James and William Blair are acting as co-managers for the offering.
Teads has a reach of 1.9 billion unique monthly users and has a team of more than 800 people in 26 countries.
Teads reach is mainly from Western Europe, America, and APAC (excluding China).
