The Swiss Federal Competition Commission (COMCO) approved this week the acquisition of Goldbach Group by Tamedia, without any conditions. The public takeover of Goldbach was announced in December, 2017.
On February 2018, Tamedia published the detailed Offer Prospectus for the takeover of the Goldbach Group AG at CHF 35.50
